Rebates FAQ – Payments, Fees, Eligibility & Dashboard Features
Payments are credited and sent automatically by the 15th day of the month (EST time/GMT-5) for trades where cashback has been accumulated between the first and the last day of the previous month.
Occasionally a payment is delayed as a result of slow or inaccurate data coming from the broker.

Note 1: We do not charge/deduct fees for crypto payments, however network or "gas" fees are charged by the network you select, and fluctuate daily depending on network traffic and other factors. Clients are responsible for informing themselves of current network fees before selecting a network.

Yes. Rebates are calculated based on volume traded, regardless of the trade outcome (Profit or Loss).
No. We never have access to your trading terminal, your funds, or the ability to execute trades. We only receive volume reporting data from the broker to calculate your rebates.
If you feel there is a mistake, we will be happy to investigate further. Please send us a copy of your broker account statement and request to have your account reviewed by our audit team.
Current System Enhancements
- Manual withdrawals – a user may submit a withdrawal request for any part of their balance to be paid directly from their dashboard. This new manual withdrawal system is available in addition to the Automatic Payouts system.
- Transfer of Cashback Pending – a user may transfer from their Cashback Pending to their balance up to a designated limit, currently identified as $500.00 per month.
Institutional Definitions
Protocol: Transferring Pending to Balance
- Select “Transfer balance”
- Enter amount to transfer (not to exceed $500 for each monthly period)
- Select “Confirm Transfer”
- A transaction called a “Pending balance credit” will appear under Activity
Protocol: Manual Withdrawal
- Click “Withdraw” from your dashboard
- Enter the desired amount
- Select desired payment method
- Confirm Withdrawal and complete email verification (2FA)
Post-Submission Queue
Withdrawals are added to the processing queue and handled daily by 11AM EST. You can view or cancel the request under Activity if it hasn’t been processed yet.
